Now, let's talk about different types of Olympiads in which we can enroll our kids:The National Cyber Olympiad (NCO) - It is a Cyber concept and knowledge competition for students of class 1 to class 12. It is conducted by Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) with the aim of identifying and nurturing future scientists and IT talent at the school level.
International Informatics Olympiad - This Cyber Olympiad exam (IIO) is a three-level exam and students between 1st to 12th can participate in this exam through their schools. It is a paper-based multiple choice question exam. The medium of the exam in English. Mostly the questions are asked from CBSE/NCERT level.
CREST Cyber Olympiad Exam - This is an online Olympiad Exam which is designed to test the conceptual IT/computer skills of students. It is an International competitive exam held online for students in classes 1-10. One can register online for CREST Cyber Olympiad.
How to prepare for Cyber Olympiads?You just need to go through Cyber Olympiad syllabus and mock tests. Extensive practice of different IT Olympiads like IIO, NCO, CREST Olympiads, etc. can be done by completing the topic-wise course and then taking mock tests.
