Once upon a time in a colourful land, there were four magical food groups. Let's meet them and find out why they are so important for our bodies! In the land of Yumsville, fruits were the super-sweet heroes. Apple, Banana, and Orange were best friends. One day, they gathered around to chat.

Apple: "Hey, Banana! Did you know we're full of vitamins and energy?"

Banana: "That's right! I heard we help keep people's hearts and tummies happy."

Orange: "And we're so juicy! That helps them stay hydrated too!"

Together, they high-fived, ready to give kids the energy they needed to play and have fun!

Over in Veggie Valley, the Mighty Greens were having a meeting. Broccoli, Carrot, and Spinach were chatting about their amazing powers.

Carrot: "And we're good for our eyes. Eating us helps people see better in the dark!"

Spinach: "Plus, we make bones super strong. Hooray for Veggies!"

The mighty Greens stood tall, ready to make kids strong and mighty too!

In Grain Galaxy, Rice, Bread, and Pasta were the Energy Champions. They gathered to discuss their plans to keep kids full of energy.

Rice: "We're the best source of energy! We give power to run, jump, and play."

Pasta: "Don't forget, we're delicious too. Kids won't resist our yummy powers!"

In the Protein Kingdom, Chicken, Eggs, and Fish were the Muscle Mates. They chatted about their roles in making kids strong.

Chicken: "We're full of protein, which helps build muscles. Kids will be as strong as superheroes!"

Eggs: "And we help repair our bodies when we get a bruise. Healing powers, activate!"

Fish: "Don't forget, we make hair and nails super shiny and healthy. We're like magic for the body!"

The Muscle Mates were proud to be the superheroes of growth and strength for kids. Now that we've met the four groups, let's see how they work together to create a balanced meal.

One sunny day in the land of Yumsville, the friends decided to have a picnic. Apple, Banana, Broccoli, and Chicken gathered to plan a meal.

Apple: "Let's start with a delicious fruit salad! I'll bring my juicy sweetness."

Banana: "And I'll add my vitamin power. It's good for our muscles!"

Broccoli: "How about a Veggie stir-fry? We can mix carrots, and spinach, and add some grains like rice."

Chicken: "Great idea! We'll add some protein to make the meal super balanced."

As they enjoyed their meal, they realised that each food group played a special role in keeping them healthy and happy.

In the end, the friends agreed that by eating a little bit from each food group, they could create magical meals that would make them grow strong, have lots of energy, and stay healthy.

And so, the tale of the four food groups and their magical adventures in Yumsville came to an end. But the story continued in the hearts and tummies of kids who followed their example and enjoyed a variety of foods to stay happy and healthy!

Remember, kids, eat your fruits, veggies, grains, and proteins, and you'll have the energy to play, learn, and explore the wonderful world around you!
