Olympiad Exams in Vietnam

i) Vietnam Biology Olympiad (VBO)

The Vietnam Biology Olympiad is open to all High school students. VBO is conducted in 3 rounds. The first round will be hosted by the regional education department. The 2nd and 3rd rounds are hosted by the Quality Control Department of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Rounds 1 and 2 are essay rounds and round 3 is a multiple-choice round including an essay and a practical. A group of teachers and researchers from high schools and colleges across the country create the tests and students take them all at school.
