CREST International Teacher Olympiads (CITO) is organized in different stages for the following 3 subjects -

1. CREST Teacher Mathematics Olympiad (CTMO)

This teacher's Olympiad can be taken by teachers who teach Stage I (Grades 1-3), Stage II (Grades 4-6), Stage III (Grades 7-8) & Stage IV (Grades 9-10) students.

2. CREST Teacher Science Olympiad (CTSO)

This teacher's Olympiad can be taken by teachers who teach Stage I (Grades 1-3), Stage II (Grades 4-6) & Stage III (Grades 7-8) students.

3. CREST Teacher English Olympiad (CTEO)

This teacher's Olympiad can be taken by teachers who teach Stage I (Grades 1-3), Stage II (Grades 4-6) & Stage III (Grades 7-8) students.

The cut-offs of Stages I-IV for the CREST International Teacher Olympiads (CITO) are mentioned below. The below cut-offs are applicable for different stages of the CREST Teacher Mathematics Olympiad (CTMO), CREST Teacher Science Olympiad (CTSO) & CREST Teacher English Olympiad (CTEO).

Note:
1. Candidates clearing the cut-off for the Excellent Category are assured of a Gold Medal & Proficiency Certificate.
2. Candidates clearing the cut-off for the Good Category are assured of a Proficiency Certificate.
3. Candidates scoring less than 30% marks will receive Participation Certificate irrespective of percentile.
4. A digital certificate of participation will be given to all candidates.

*Excellent category refers to the candidate being highly proficient in the subject & is qualified to give classes for Olympiad exams & other competitive exams. The Good category refers to the candidate having moderate proficiency in the subject & is qualified to give academic classes in schools.

1. Can I appear for Stage I, Stage II, Stage III & Stage IV exams?

It is recommended to appear for the exams of the stage you teach. However, a candidate can also appear for the exams of higher stages.

These tests can be taken on a Laptop/Desktop. Candidates will not be able to attempt the tests on mobile.

5. Is there any free trial available?

6. Is there any negative marking in CREST International Teacher Olympiads (CITO)?

For every incorrect answer, there's a penalty of 1/3rd of the total marks allotted to that question.

Since these are tests to evaluate a teacher’s current proficiency level in subjects they teach hence candidates must attempt the exams without any extra preparation to assess their potential at the International level. 8. What if I miss appearing for the CREST International Teacher Olympiads (CITO) exam?

The students can take the exam on the given exam dates only. In case a candidate misses the exam, the test cannot be reattempted.
